New Student Practical information
- Arrive to class at least 15 minutes early for your first class.
- Come at least 5 minutes early for all classes.
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
- You can change clothes at the studio.
- Turn your phone off during class.
- We have a water cooler on site. Bring your own water bottle.
- Bring a mat if you have one. Otherwise we have a few loaners as well as some for sale in the Boutique. Read this before you buy a mat.
