Mentorship Program
3 Months of Mentorship with Sarah DeFoor, E-RYT 500 & MBA
Mentee will receive:
· 3 months of unlimited yoga at Yovana
· Mentor will review 5 sequences and provide feedback
· Mentee with teach 5 classes and receive feedback
· Mentee will have 3 private sessions to review anything from asanas to the business of yoga.
· Continuing education credits through yoga alliance of 30 hours.
Required:
· Take at least 1 class a week with Sarah.
· Assist in teaching once a week in month 3.
· The completion of a 200-hour teacher training.

Yovana’s Mentorship program was extremely helpful for me to grow as a new yoga teacher. I was extremely nervous during my first couple classes and Sarah has such a loving energy about her that it helped calm my nerves! She was gave me great advice on how to set up a proper sequence for a class, I also feel much better about my ability to vocalize the actions in order for my student to get in and out of their poses. This gave me invaluable hands on experience to find my voice and grow while teaching in a safe space.
